What we don't do
Just as important as the inclusions. If you need any of these, tell us — we can usually arrange it separately or refer you to someone who specialises.

- Hoarding and extreme clutter situations
- External windows above ground floor (quoted separately)
- Pest control and fumigation
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Cleaning inside occupied wardrobes or personal drawers
- Mould remediation caused by structural or ventilation faults
- Garden, lawn and outdoor maintenance
Commercial scopes are built per site and can include almost anything on or off this list — from bin room washdowns to high-level dusting. Your written scope is what governs the work.
